We apologise for any delays but, as explained below, postal delays are being experienced at times  ~ Orders after 15th October CANNOT be guaranteed to arrive prior to Xmas.

Your items MAY arrive if ordered after this time but no responsibility is taken for late arrivals after the cut-off order date.

"COVID-19 is having a higher than usual impact

Extended lockdowns across our most populous states mean record numbers of people are shopping online. This has caused an unprecedented surge in parcel deliveries.

We’ve been affected by temporary facility closures and on any given day have around 500 of our people in precautionary self-isolation in accordance with state regulations.

Fewer passenger flights means we have less air freight capacity. Many domestic and international routes are currently suspended, and remaining routes have much lower frequencies."

 

My products are designed by me in Kyabram and my business is wholly owned by myself, a small home-based business,located in country Victoria, Australia,  run by one solitary woman.

I have the products assembled in a factory in China (if there were a factory that could do this here, I'd jump at that chance).

Postage from Little Goody New Shoes to you is via Austalia Post. Production and delivery time is USUALLY 3-4 weeks from order to arrival. This cannot be guaranteed at this time because of the effects of Covid-19 restrictions.

PLEASE BE AWARE that postage times are constantly changing, the situation with Australia wide restrictions are unpredictable and online shopping has increased the total amount of parcels in the system.

 

If you choose Express Postage on the website this only applies for the postage from Little Goody New Shoes in Victoria, Australia, to your address AFTER the goods have been assembled and arrived at Little Goody New Shoes.

Your orders are being processed and made on schedule at the factory, they are also being shipped on time. There are still significantly less flights coming into Australia compared to normal and until Covid-19 has eased worldwide this will continue to be the case.

Please have some patience in the case of delays, if you contact me about your order, I will attempt to estimate the time you have left to wait for your order but this is a constantly changing situation.

Orders made on the website will have tracking details sent to the email address or phone number you provided as soon as practicable AFTER your items have been made, arrived at Little Goody New Shoes and THEN posted to you. This will be approximately 2-3 weeks AFTER you make your order (possibly longer with shipping delays) and you will not hear from us until this time. This is normal. Please, also, check your junkmail folder as some emails from websites are sent there by default.

FREE Pick Up from Store
If you are able to collect from Kyabram, Victoria, or can arrange another meeting point, such as at an event that we are booked for, you may collect your item/s directly from Little Goody New Shoes. To enable this option, please contact me via messenger (in the bottom right hand corner of the website) or my Facebook page here:

and I can order your items for you manually rather than you paying for shipping through the website.

Please note that if you choose this option and fail to collect, you will be contacted and offered shipping at the standard rate. Items will be held for a maximum of 3 months prior to them being considered abandoned and returned to stock without refund.

Currently, we are only able to ship within Australia.

 

All timeframes are approximate and may be delayed due to public holidays and busy postal times i.e. lead up to Christmas or other holidays and due to reduced volume of flights into Australia.
