Generally the turnaround time from order to arrival is around 3-4 weeks. Of course, there are many factors that can affect postage times including your location within Australia, public holidays and weather events affecting sorting and delivery processes.
Increases to the cost of international express postage (which Little Goody New Shoes pays to receive products more quickly) have meant that we are choosing a less expensive option (not free or standard postage which is still taking MUCH longer). While this is still an express post option it may take slightly longer to reach us. This option is being trialled in preference to passing on the cost to customers at this time.
We use Australia Post as our postage partner, so please be aware of the limitations they might have within their capabilities and government regulations due to restrictions and staffing levels.

My products are designed by me in Kyabram and my business is wholly owned by myself, a small home-based business, located in country Victoria, Australia, run by one solitary woman.
I have the products assembled in a factory in China (if there were a factory that could do this here, I'd jump at that chance).
Postage from Little Goody New Shoes to you is via Australia Post. Production and delivery time is USUALLY 3-4 weeks from order to arrival. This cannot always be guaranteed because of worldwide events/restrictions and postal delays at times.

If you choose Express Postage on the website this only applies for the postage from Little Goody New Shoes in Victoria, Australia, to your address AFTER the goods have been assembled and arrived at Little Goody New Shoes.
Please have some patience in the case of delays, if you contact me about your order, I will attempt to estimate the time you have left to wait for your order.
Orders made on the website will have tracking details sent to the email address or phone number you provided as soon as practicable AFTER your items have been made, arrived at Little Goody New Shoes and THEN posted to you. This will be approximately 2-3 weeks AFTER you make your order and you will not hear from us until this time. This is normal. Please, also, check your junkmail folder as some emails from websites are sent there by default.
FREE Pick Up from Store
If you are able to collect from Kyabram, Victoria, or can arrange another meeting point, such as at an event that we are booked for, you may collect your item/s directly from Little Goody New Shoes. To enable this option, please contact me via messenger (in the bottom right hand corner of the website) or my Facebook page here:
and I can order your items for you manually rather than you paying for shipping through the website.
Please note that if you choose this option and fail to collect, you will be contacted and offered shipping at the standard rate. Items will be held for a maximum of 3 months prior to them being considered abandoned and returned to stock without refund.
Please also consider contacting me at my Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/LittleGoodyNewShoesAust/ to discuss which items I may already have in stock in your size. These items would then be available for immediate postage within Australia.
Currently, we are only able to ship within Australia. If you are overseas and wish to order something, maybe you have a friend in Australia that can act as your 'agent' to make a purchase on your behalf and forward it onto you. This would be a PRIVATE arrangement. This would mean that any correspondence or concerns raised about the transaction, product, returns, refunds etc would be solely between the person who actually made the purchase from Little Goody New Shoes and us.
All timeframes are approximate and may be delayed due to public holidays and busy postal times i.e. lead up to Christmas or other holidays and due to reduced volume of flights into Australia or staffing shortages or restrictions.
